A night of big-band music, swing, jazz and dance made for a real party, expertly presented by Brian Earwicker and featuring well known professional musicians such as Elaine Delmar and the All-star Steve Waterman Big Band and the Roy Williams Big Band.

The Memorial Centre in New Milton was buzzing with enjoyment on the 2nd April, filled with doctors, nurses, staff and Friends from the Arnewood practice, along with very many local fans, celebrating Dr.Mcleod’s long career as a wonderful doctor in the community.

This was publicised as the biggest musical production in New Milton and it didn’t disappoint, with a spectacular performance by internationally acclaimed vocalist Elaine Delmar who was fantastic alongside the Big Bands. It was a night of enjoyment for an audience of all age groups including friends and colleagues of the Arnewood Practice. The popular swing and jazz tunes made for a very relaxed evening alongside the tasty buffet and bar and brought people to their feet on the dance floor.

The Memorial Centre was packed out with people who love to swing and jive or just cruise the floor which made the celebration of Dr. Jane McLeod’s retirement even more special.

Of course we must say a huge thank you to Brian Earwicker for doing such a wonderful job in bringing so many really talented musicians to New Milton and presenting such a sparkling production
